A fingerprint for every vessel
The factory proof test is the reference. New vessels get CS CoWind sensors at winding; vessels in service get CS Patch.

Your telematics, our sensors
Pressure and temperature come from your telematics platform. Strain comes from the FBG on each vessel. Only passive fiber sits on the vessels.

Decisions, not curves
CS Monitor flags what changed, on which vessel, and what to do about it. Everything else is fine.

Not every vessel is born smart. We retrofit it.
CS Patch bonds an FBG on a vessel already in service, in minutes, without drilling or touching the laminate.
CS Patch. Single, Dual 0°/90° or Dual Free. Jig, sensor and CS UVACR adhesive in one system, UV-cured in seconds, repeatable and dummy-proof.
Data acquisition. Mobile or on board, wired or wireless, periodic or continuous. We engineer, assemble, test and supply the hardware that fits your operations. An ATEX-compliant setup is in development.
