CS Guard is our data logging, processing, and alarming software platform designed to bring fiber optic sensing into real-world applications — from composite development to long-term structural health monitoring (SHM).
It transforms raw FBG data into usable datasets, triggers alarms based on custom thresholds, and ensures high-quality, synchronized output ready for integration with SCADA, digital twins, or asset monitoring systems.
Built for performance, CS Guard has been deployed in numerous long-term SHM projects across sectors and works seamlessly with leading interrogators such as Sentea and FBGS.
Data logging & preprocessing
Reliable logging of high-frequency FBG data, with time synchronization and long-duration buffering. Supports multi-day or multi-year deployments.
Performs real-time filtering, downsampling, signal conditioning, and triggering at the edge — reducing post-processing load and transmission requirements.
Data Output & Delivery
Automatically packages preprocessed datasets for handover to customers, partners, or certification bodies — in structured formats (CSV, JSON, etc.).

Triggering & Alarming
